1、压带装置可能未压紧，导致标带松动，电眼检测不准。压紧标签解决。
The pinch device may not press tightly, to result label strip loose and electric eye sensor detects inaccurately. Solve by pressing label tightly.
2、可能牵引机构打滑或者是未压紧，造成不能顺利带走底纸。压紧牵引机构解决，过紧的情况会拉歪标签，以能正常拉动底纸为佳。（通常如果拉出来的底纸时皱的时候，那就应该时压得过紧了）
Feeding mechanism slips or not press tightly, resulting not smooth away the base paper. Press feeding mechanism to solve it, too tight will cause label deviating, it’s better to pull properly the base paper. (Usually if the paper is wrinkled when you pulled out, it may be pressed too tight.)
3、被贴物体形状不一或者定位不一致。控制产品质量。
Paste objects of varying shapes, or positioning inconsistent. Control product quality.
4、被贴物体安放应与标签的出标的方向平行（注意产品在贴标过程中是否走位，可将左边的支撑杆适当的比右边提高一点）
Paste objects placed should be parallel to direction of the label outputting (note the product deviation in the labeling process, adjust support bar on the left higher appropriately than the right to improve)。
5、被贴物体在贴标工位上应保证转动顺畅（注意不能碰到剥标板），物体过轻时，应把覆标杆放下，压住被贴物体
Make sure objects with smooth rotation in the labeling position (Do not touch dispenser board), if objects are too light, lay down label rod, press and hold the object to be labeled.
6、在双标状态下，出单张标签（1）出单张标签后，工件一直转动，是因为没有设置第二张标签的延时，机器处于等待第二张标签贴标信号的状态。（2）出单张标签后，工件停止。是因为测标电眼有信号干扰（重新设置电眼）或者是延时控制异常（点击两下点动2后，再点击两下点动1就可以了）
At the dual-label status, output single label(1) after outputting 1st single label. Work piece keeps rotating, because there is no postpone time for the second label. Machine is waiting for labeling signal for the second label. (2) After outputting single label, work piece stops, because signal of electric eye sensor is disturbed (reset electric eye sensor) or delay control is abnormal (Click point button 2 twice, then click point button 1 once)
